Goods/Hazardous Materials, Ground Security Coordinator, and OSHA modules
Provide feedback and recommendations to meet the company’s needs while ensuring training is current.
Interface with other departments as necessary when policy and training procedures cross into other areas
in the operation
Deliver training program in a manner that is interesting, upbeat, and maintains a positive relationship
with our new employees, but also our existing employees and customers
Complete a New Hire Training Evaluation form for the employee’s Station Manager and be available as
a resource for New Hires throughout their probationary period; work with various work groups to ensure
the success of our employees undergoing initial training
